Case of Shanghai Manufacturing Counterfeit Famous Brand Raw Powder Anonymous dens and Two Lower Warehouse Joint Criminal Crackdown

Investigation process:
In December 2018, our company discovered a counterfeit gang in an unnamed hideout in Shanghai specializing in producing counterfeit well-known brand raw powder, and discovered two warehouses located in other districts of Shanghai.
After being authorized by the client, in January 2019, our company coordinated with the public security to implement multi district joint criminal investigations on the relevant target points.
Investigation results:
A total of over 300 packages and nearly 2000 packaging paper bags of counterfeit flour products from a well-known brand were seized; On the day of the crackdown, four suspects were criminally detained, and two suspects were released on bail pending trial.
In February 2019, three suspects were officially arrested.
Judgment result:
In December 2019, two suspects were sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment, with a total penalty of RMB 200000.
