Investigation process:
In May 2022, the relevant person in charge reported the infringement of the trademarks "Yihetang", "Chabaidao", and "Shuyishaoxiancao" to our company under real name. After investigation, the target suspect was identified and several related warehouses were discovered.
Investigation results:
45 counterfeit milk tea cups (45000 pieces) were seized at the scene, including 2 straws (4000 pieces) of the book burning Xiancao, 5 straws (10000 pieces) of the tea Baidao, 6 bags (48000 pieces) of the honey snow ice city handbag, 3 paper cups (3000 pieces) of the book burning Xiancao, and 10 hand-held bags (80000 pieces) of the book burning Xiancao. The latest case is under further investigation.
