Selling counterfeit brands

Investigation process:
On June 29, 2022, our company conducted a long-term investigation and discovered a specialized counterfeit milk tea material gang that involved production, packaging, and sales. On site, 16428 counterfeit Yihetang products and 5392 counterfeit tea Baidao products were seized, and one person was suspected of criminal detention
Our company coordinated local law enforcement to carry out criminal investigations on relevant target points.
The next day, our company assisted law enforcement in conducting a criminal investigation on its associated warehouse.
Investigation results:
Two templates were used for printing Tea Baidao labels, two templates were used for printing Yihetang labels, 1945 Tea Baidao frosted cups (700 milliliters), 3445 Tea Baidao frosted cups (500 milliliters), 65 Yihetang cardboard boxes, 3140 Yihetang frosted cups (700 milliliters), and 13275 Yihetang frosted cups (500 milliliters)
The party involved was criminally detained on the day of investigation. The case has been adjudicated.
