Administrative Case of Selling Counterfeit Famous Brand Seasoning Wholesalers in Guiyang City

Investigation process:
In May 2013, our investigator discovered during surveillance of various food wholesale markets in Guiyang that a wholesale store was suspected of selling a large amount of well-known brand seasoning. After several days of tracking, we finally found a separate warehouse for storing counterfeit goods.
The investigation found that the wholesaler usually has a large and very frequent shipment volume. On May 20, 2013, our company coordinated with the Economic Inspection Detachment of Guiyang Administration for Industry and Commerce to carry out administrative investigations on wholesale shops and their warehouses.
Investigation results:
A total of nearly 150 boxes of counterfeit well-known brand condiments were seized.
Punishment result:
All counterfeit condiments were seized by law enforcement agencies, and the parties involved were fined 20000 yuan.
