Criminal case of a large-scale carbon powder counterfeiting and sales gang in Hefei City

Investigation process:
After several months of on-site investigation, our staff discovered that the gang was engaged in counterfeiting and sales. In November 2017, our staff came to the Public Security Bureau of Hefei Economic and Technological Development Zone to coordinate the crackdown. After discussion, we decided to go together with the Lianhua Market Supervision and Management Office of Hefei Economic and Technological Development Zone to crack down in November 2017.
Investigation results:
Seize 129 counterfeit carbon powders from a certain brand, 173 semi-finished carbon powders, 3259 containers, 1122 packaging boxes, 980 labels, 2832 anti-counterfeiting labels, and 46 boxes of raw carbon powders.
The law enforcement has initiated an investigation into the suspect, and the case is under further judgment.
