Criminal Case of Counterfeiting a Famous Brand of Raw Powder Series in Haizhu District, Guangzhou City

Investigation process:
Our staff have conducted a long-term investigation and found a specialized counterfeit packaging bag for a large amount of windmill flour, as well as a large amount of flour raw materials and yellow cream from the wheel plate, which goes through the entire production and packaging process. After being authorized by the client, on January 3, 2018, our company assisted local law enforcement in carrying out criminal investigations on the relevant target points.
Investigation results:
A total of 5 barrels of counterfeit wheel brand artificial yellow cream, 19 packaging bags for windmill brand raw powder, 105 packages of raw powder in original packaging (without labels), 1 canning machine for raw powder, 1 sealing machine, 1 electronic scale, and 1 computer host were seized.
At present, the parties involved have been arrested and the case is still in the sentencing stage.
