Investigation process:
After several months of investigation, our staff discovered that an unnamed hideout in Shenzhen specializes in manufacturing and selling counterfeit goods. After being authorized by the client, in January 2018, our company coordinated with the public security to implement a multi district joint criminal investigation on the relevant target point.
Investigation results:
A total of 60000 counterfeit Apple data cables, 20000 counterfeit Apple earphones, 7000 counterfeit Apple charging heads, and one mobile phone were confiscated. On the day of the crackdown, the parties involved were criminally detained on the spot, and the suspect was officially arrested in the same year.
Sentence result:
Starting from December 19, 2018, the suspect was sentenced to three years in prison and fined RMB 125000 in total.
