Criminal Case of Selling Fake Earphones

Investigation process:
On July 9, 2021, our company discovered through a long-term investigation a specialized counterfeit and well-known brand mobile phone packaging box making gang that operates from production, packaging, to sales.
Our company coordinated local law enforcement to carry out criminal investigations on relevant target points.
The next day, our company assisted law enforcement in conducting a criminal investigation on its associated warehouse.
Investigation results:
A total of a batch of counterfeit Apple Bluetooth earphones from a well-known brand were seized, including 360 Airpods (second-generation) earphones, 30 Airpodspro (third-generation) earphones, 200 Airpods earphone packaging boxes, 100 outer packaging stickers, 4 Airpods earphones as a whole, and 127 documents for express delivery, 130 Apple Airpods earphones, and 17 Airpodspro earphones. We have sold counterfeit Apple trademarks with a total product value of over 60000 RMB.
The party involved was criminally detained on the day of investigation. The case has been adjudicated.
