Investigation process:
In September 2022, our company discovered through long-term investigation that there are gangs in Henan Province and online sales platforms such as Pinduoduo and Taobao that produce and sell counterfeit "Jinghua" vegetable fat powder products. Subsequently, our personnel conducted necessary online sample purchases or offline field investigations based on the clues, ultimately determining the fraudulent address and its illegal production/sales behavior. Our company coordinated local law enforcement to carry out criminal investigations on relevant target points.
Investigation results:
A total of 90 bags of counterfeit products NZMP whole milk powder (25kg/bag), 45 bags of semi-finished milk powder (25kg/bag), 85 bags of grain processing maltodextrin (25kg/bag), 42 bags of Tianzhi green leaf vegetable fat powder (25kg/bag), 15 bags of Magnesium SVLPHATE raw materials (50kg/bag), 16 boxes of Anjia skim milk powder packaging bags (400g), 92 bags of red sugar (25kg, 50kg/bag), 500 boxes of red sugar powder, 2 generators, 3 sealing machines, and 2 electronic scales have been seized, The party involved was criminally detained on the day of investigation.
