At the end of August, the Haizhu police received clues and reports that there were criminals suspected of selling counterfeit well-known brand laundry detergent. The police immediately investigated the clues and quickly identified a man named Zhu who was suspected of selling fake laundry detergent in Guangzhou and Shunde, Foshan.
On the surface, Zhu is an individual owner engaged in the logistics and transportation industry, but secretly engages in illegal profit-making activities by selling counterfeit well-known brand laundry detergent. His logistics point located in Aigang Village, Baiyun District is also used to store fake laundry detergent.

Through further investigation, the police have identified Zhu's partner Ouyang. The cooperation between the two suspects is very covert, and they always meet up at a remote location in Shunde District, Foshan City. Zhu handed over the cheap bulk laundry detergent he purchased to Ouyang. Ouyang transported these bulk laundry detergents back to Jiangmen Market, filled and packaged them in his own processing center, and then transported them back to Shunde for Zhu.
These counterfeit well-known brand laundry powders made from cheap bulk laundry detergent have a cost as low as 7 to 8 yuan, but Zhu sold them to some wholesale markets in Guangzhou and Foshan for 24 to 25 yuan, making huge profits.
After fully mastering the activity rules and evidence of the suspect, on September 2, the police carried out simultaneous arrests in Baiyun District of Guangzhou, Shunde District of Foshan and Jiangmen City, arrested five suspect, including Zhu and Ouyang, and ended Zhu's warehouse in Baiyun District and Ouyang's processing and packaging dens in Jiangmen City, destroying the criminal chain of counterfeiting and selling. During the operation, the police seized more than 7000 packages of counterfeit laundry detergent from multiple well-known brands, weighing 3 tons and worth nearly 100000 yuan.
After examination, the suspect Zhu, Ouyang, etc. successively explained the facts of their crimes. At present, five suspect, including Zhu, have been detained by the police according to law for suspected counterfeiting of registered trademarks. The case is still under further investigation.
