Criminal case of producing fake horseshoe noodle dens in Hengyang, Hunan Province

Investigation process:
In mid March 2017, several investigators from our company were tracking and investigating the "Guangzhou Large Sales Gang" and accidentally discovered packaging boxes with brand logos and packaging boxes being sent to Hengyang, Hunan at a freight station in Anfa Logistics Park on Yagang Avenue in Guangzhou. Through in-depth investigation and monitoring by our company, we have finally discovered packaging points for counterfeit products located in a village in Hengyang City and mixing points in Hengnan County.
The investigation found that the pastry uses cheap horseshoe flour and sweet potato starch to prepare branded horseshoe flour.
After several months of tracking and investigation, on July 18, 2017, a criminal crackdown was finally launched simultaneously against the counterfeit production base in Hengyang, Hunan.
Investigation results:
A total of 211 boxes (500g/box * 30 boxes) and 4 boxes (250g/box * 48 boxes) of counterfeit well-known horseshoe noodles were seized, as well as a large amount of counterfeit raw materials, packaging materials, and tools.
Two parties involved have been criminally detained, and one suspect is currently being pursued online.
The case is currently under trial.
